1. General provisions

• These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the drogadoprawka.pl website, dedicated to studying for the driving licence exam.
• The service is operated by a natural person. Contact is possible only via e-mail address: [email protected].
• Using the service is voluntary and free of charge.

2. Rules for using the service

• The service is available to all users without the need to register.
• Account registration is voluntary and free of charge. It provides access to additional functionalities, the scope of which may change.
• The user may delete their account at any time. Account deletion is irreversible and results in the permanent deletion of all data associated with the account.
• The user may delete their learning progress at any time (correct/incorrect answers, passed/failed tests, and other information related to learning).
• When creating an account, the user may consent to receiving marketing information. This consent may be changed by the user at any time.

3. Communication with the administrator

• The user may ask questions about each exam question – the content is visible only to the administrator.
• The service provides a ticket system that enables contacting the administrator about any matter.
• Any errors and comments regarding the operation of the service may be reported via the contact form available at http://localhost/kontakt or by e-mail to [email protected].

4. Personal data protection

• The rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the service’s website.
• The operator makes efforts to ensure the security of users’ personal data by applying appropriate technical and organisational measures.

5. Liability rules and prohibitions

• The user is obliged to use the service in a manner consistent with the law, these Terms and Conditions, and good morals.
• It is prohibited to:
  • create multiple accounts by one person (multi-accounts),
  • use offensive, vulgar, or unlawful usernames,
  • take actions intended to compromise the security of the service or other users,
  • provide unlawful content,
  • infringe the intellectual property rights of the operator or the service’s partners,
  • other actions contrary to generally applicable law.

6. Blocking and deleting accounts

• The operator has the right to block or delete a user’s account in the event of a breach of the Terms and Conditions, provision of unlawful content, infringement of the intellectual property rights of the operator or partners, breach of the service’s security rules, or breach of the law.
• Blocking or deleting an account may also occur if offensive usernames, repeated registration (multi-accounts), or attempts to compromise the security of the website are detected.

7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

• The Terms and Conditions are effective from 01.07.2025.
• Registered users will be informed by e-mail about any changes to the Terms and Conditions at the address provided during registration.
• Changes take effect on the date indicated in the content of the amended Terms and Conditions.

8. Final provisions

• In matters not governed by the Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
• The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available on the service’s website.
• The Terms and Conditions were drawn up in Polish.
